1About these terms

samdix-dev.com is run by SamdixDev, the freelance business of Samdix, based in Lagos, Nigeria. By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2Using this website

You may browse the site, read the content and contact me for work. You agree not to:

• Use the site for anything illegal or harmful.
• Try to break, hack or overload the site.
• Send spam or false information through the contact form.
• Copy or reuse the site design, text or portfolio work without permission.

3Portfolio and content

The text, design, images and videos on this site belong to SamdixDev or are shown with permission from clients. Client names, logos and project details belong to their owners. Showing a project here does not mean the client endorses this website beyond the work shown.

4Quotes and project scope

Every project starts with a quote that explains what I will build, the timeline and the price. Work outside the agreed scope, like new features or extra pages, may need a new quote. Timelines depend on you sending content, feedback and access on time.

5Payments

You can hire me through Upwork or Fiverr, where their payment terms apply, or directly. For direct projects, payment terms such as deposits and milestones will be set out in your quote. Work may pause if agreed payments are late.

6Revisions and approval

Each quote includes a set number of revision rounds. Once you approve a stage or the final work, further changes may be quoted as new work.

7Ownership of your project

Once your project is fully paid, you own the final website, app or design made for you, except for third party tools, plugins, themes, fonts and platforms, which stay under their own licences. Unless we agree otherwise, I may show the finished work in my portfolio.

8Third party services

Many projects use outside platforms like WordPress, Wix, GoHighLevel, app stores, AI and voice services, hosting and payment tools. I am not responsible for their pricing, outages, policy changes or decisions. Their own terms apply to your use of them.

9Results

I always work to deliver real results, and the results shown on this site are real. However, results like leads, sales, rankings or ad performance depend on many things outside my control, so I cannot guarantee a specific outcome.

10Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, SamdixDev is not liable for indirect losses, like lost profits or lost data. My total liability for any project is limited to the amount you paid for that project.

11Cancelling a project

Either of us can end a project with written notice. You pay for work completed up to that point, as set out in your quote or platform order.

12Changes and contact

I may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows the latest version. For any questions, email samdixdev@gmail.com.
